• We provide taxi services to and from airports in the Canterbury area.
• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or through our mobile app.
• Rates are displayed on our website and may vary based on the destination, time, and other specific circumstances.

Reservations and cancellations

• All reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before may incur additional fees.
• In case of no-show at the scheduled time, a no-show fee will be applied.

Payments

• We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and cash.
• All payments must be made in full before the start of the journey.
• For advance bookings, a prepayment may be required.

Customer responsibilities

• The customer must be ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.
• Any changes to the reservation must be communicated as soon as possible..
• The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.

Company responsibilities

• We commit to providing high-quality services and adhering to the agreed schedule.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who behave inappropriately or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• In case of delays or cancellations on our part, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.

• We respect the privacy of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
• Personal data collected will be used solely to provide and improve our services.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
